We are unable to handle any warranty issues as these are handled through the manufacturer. Any Hunter Douglas warranty beyond seven years for blinds purchased from the Blind Man that carried a lifetime warranty, was offered only through the Blind Man, not the manufacturer, and since the retailer is no longer in business, this lifetime warranty is null and void. Contact the retailer that you purchased the blinds from to discuss your options for repair with them. Any Hunter Douglas blinds that you purchased that are under 7 years old you may call Hunter Douglas Customer at 1-800-789-0331.  Warranty's are only good for the original purchaser and are not transferable to new home owners.
